CNC Machining

In order to achieve a better productivity and quality, our machine park has 3, 4 and 5 simultaneous axis machining technologies. We have last generation machines such as 5 axis Mazak Vortex of 3000mm, DMG Mori 65, DMG Mori 85 and 3 and 4 axis ROMI Vertical Machining Centers. In ​​turning sector we count with high technology in integrated 2-towered lathes, such as the INDEX IT 600 lathe and ROMI driven tool lathes.

Conventional Machining

We have conventional machines, suco as grinding (flat, cylindrical and coordinated), lathes and milling cutters.

We have the know-how to manufacture and inspect the most complex parts models and toolings, using a modern measuring system and counting with highly qualified professionals. In addition to a robust quality management system based on ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

MEASUREMENT AND ASSEMBLY USING LASER TRACKER

We use cutting-edge technologies to perform measurements, among them: coordinate measuring machine and articulated arm, which allow product quality verification with ease when performing 3D inspections, 3D CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, GD&T measurement with Poliworks software, Power Inspect and CAM 10

Mechanical Assembly (Special Process)

We are qualified and able to perform special processes such as:

• Flange nut assemblies,
• Threaded inserts,
• Assembly of bushings by cryogenic process,
• Shells of ball joints.

We have a specialized structure in boilermaking and welding, we execute the most varied types of services to meet all kind of needs of our clients. We work with the manufacture and remodeling of structures, mechanical devices, platforms and supports of small, medium and large size. We have the entire structure for execution of our client’s projects, from calendering, cutting, bending and welding.

Adjustment

We have the entire structure to adjust, repair, polish, install parts in equipment, mechanical assemblies and machining devices, according to GD & T standards, technical standards and quality and safety procedures.

Electric Discharge Machine (EDM)

We count with the best machines of EDM by wire, EDM by penetration and fast hole drilling. These machines provide to our customers a very high precision machining.
